On the first floor of my office building is a law office that’s chock full of small-time lawyers and lowly paralegals. They’re all up to their ears in debt and spend all their disposable income on fancy clothes and luxury vehicles such as BMW or Mercedes. They also apparently feel that they’re so important that they park in the visitors parking spaces every day!
Why do these people insist on taking visitors parking spaces? Are they trying to compensate for something?

I am planning on suing my landlord for my security deposit back. They claim bogus charges and took all $800 of it. Do I need a lawyer to sue them, are you allowed to have one?

What Type Of Lawyers Are Brave Enough To Take On Small City Governments?

We are remodeling a house and keep having problems from the city about permits, inspections etc. ( small town in Texas) We are having all work done by contractors who are registered with the city. We are trying to find out what is really going on here. Sorry this is so short but, it would take pages to explain everything. Does anyone know what type of Lawyers handle cases such as this?
